Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and AIBlogPublisher LLC. By creating an account or using aiblogpublisher.com you accept them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.
The service
We provide a publishing desk: editorial calendar planning, AI-assisted drafting, an edit queue, and scheduled publishing to blog platforms you connect. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes mid-cycle without notice.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite and properties you connect.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in USD until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard, effective at the end of the current period. First-time paid subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge.
Your content and properties
You own the content you create on the desk and everything published to your properties. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service — to store, process and transmit your content to the destinations you configure. You confirm you have the right to publish to every property you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use the desk to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; to spam; to misrepresent AI-generated material as another named person's authorship without disclosure where required; or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Automated publishing
Scheduled and automatic publishing acts on your configuration. You are responsible for reviewing content and for what appears on your properties, including compliance with the rules of the platforms you publish to.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data at third-party platforms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
