Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, password), billing details processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers), the content and settings you create on the desk (calendars, drafts, property voices), connection credentials for the properties you link (stored encrypted and used only to publish on your instruction), and standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To operate the desk: planning calendars, generating drafts, publishing to your properties on schedule, billing your subscription and answering support requests. We also use aggregate, de-identified usage data to improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your drafts or your properties' content to train AI models.

Content and AI processing

When the desk drafts content, your brief and relevant property settings are processed by AI model providers under agreements that prohibit them from using your data to train their models. Your published posts belong to you.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can export your documents at any time and delete your account from the dashboard; deletion removes your personal data within 30 days except where law requires longer retention.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will honor verified requests within the timelines required by applicable law.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify account holders by email and post the new version here with an updated date.
