Only if you want it to. Every property has a mode switch: full-auto (approved drafts publish on schedule), review-required (everything waits in the edit queue), or approval mode (a named editor or client must sign off).

Drafts are generated fresh per assignment and checked against your property's own archive for overlap. As with any content operation, we recommend the edit queue stay on — an editor's pass is what turns a good draft into a publishable post.
Yes. Newsroom includes 3 seats and Network includes 10, with roles: writers submit to the queue, editors approve and schedule, and admins manage properties and billing. Clients can be given approval-only access.
The desk pauses new drafting until your billing date resets the counter — scheduled posts that already cleared the queue still publish. You can upgrade mid-cycle and the new limit applies immediately.
Yes. Connecting a property syncs its archive so the calendar avoids duplicate coverage and internal-link suggestions can point at your real posts. Nothing in your archive is modified.
